Who is Captain Collins ?

Hi, I am Captain Michael Collins, in real life known as Michael Adamczyk.

Gaming has always been a big part of my life. After working in many different jobs and never knowing where I belonged, I found my home as a content creator on YouTube, Twitch, and all the other platforms. Since 2021 (a.d. Earth time) it's my main job. Before that, I worked as a chemical laboratory technician, in a grocery store, as an independent photographer, in HR management, as a headhunter for the semiconductor industry, as a freelance local journalist, and at a worldwide fast-food chain. Two completed bachelor's, one in Ethnology and one in HR management, and an American Football coaching license are also in my portfolio. As a side hustle, I started working as an extra on german television and sometimes as a voice actor in gaming. One of my dreams would be to get a private pilot license for fixed-wing aircraft, but that will need to wait. 

 

This has been an amazing journey with many ups and downs. Making videos for my favorite german gaming magazine GameStar, attending conventions like TwitchCon and GamesCon, and being in close contact with different gaming studios that sometimes shaped my life (like Egosoft). All of this is possible because many people like the created content and support this journey. I still remember when it was exciting to get the first 100 subscribers on YouTube, monitoring the count daily and celebrating every single person. This has changed dramatically now, but you're still my main force to create something new and helpful.
